The problem: "Our system doesn't suck anymore"  Dust collection equipment from the 70's and 80's can still work if it has quality service and the correct parts are used.  Most older style centralized extraction systems have been "hacked, whacked, and duct taped" to the point of not even resembling the original installation.

 

Our field Service technicians check system performance with pitot tube profiles, magnahelic and photohelic gauge calibrations, and pulse cleaning system mechanical parts.  The on-staff engineers and designs are able to reconfigure to the original system or accurately upgrade to new performance specifications.
