When custom solutions are required for industrial and commercial air handling systems, Airvec Systems can design solutions specific to your needs and application.

Airvec Systems can take the project from concept though engineering, fabrication to installation and start-up — all under our roof.

Engineering

Airvec Systems has in house Engineers to design your fabrications or turnkey systems. We can provide all required drawings for fabrication and installation

Fabrication

Airvec Systems has a full fabrication facility with capabilities for fabricating carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized and exotic metals from 22 ga. through 5/8” plate.

Equipment includes:

CNC plasma table
Shear
Sheet Metal Brakes
Punch press
Sheet rollers
Seam welders
Multiple mig and tig welders
Band saws and drill presses etc.

Installation/Service

Airvec Systems has OSHA trained Installation and Service Technicians for our turnkey systems or troubleshooting of existing systems.
